Applicable Law

This Warranty grants specific legal rights for a defined period and complies with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of Bahrain and the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce shall handle any disputes related to this Warranty.

Bahraini Consumer Protection Law Compliance

This Warranty is subject to Law No. 35 of 2012 on Consumer Protection. No claims can be made that violate this law.

Warranty Coverage

  • Consoles: Covered for one year.
  • controllers: Covered for one year.
  • Headphones & Accessories: Covered for six months.
  • WD SSD: 3 years.

Exclusions from Warranty

This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Protective paint coatings, batteries (unless defective in materials or workmanship).
  2. Scratches, breakage from misuse.
  3. Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device.
  4. Damage from natural disasters, fire, liquids, earthquakes, or external causes.
  5. Failure to follow proper operating instructions.
  6. Maintenance by unauthorized personnel.
  7. More than two replacements for the same customer.
  8. Normal wear and tear.
  9. Non-electronic items (e.g., accessories, furniture, e-cards, clothing).
  10. Removal of serial numbers.
  11. Issues due to viruses, high voltage, improper power supply, etc.
  12. Liquid leaks, cracks, or similar incidents.
  13. Missing original packaging and purchase receipt.
  14. Purchases from unauthorized sellers.

Warranty Claim Process

For Bahrain Customers:

  1. Visit a XO Games branch with:
    • Original packaging, all accessories.
    • Purchase receipt.
  2. Inspection takes 1-4 working days.
  3. Temporary alternative (headphone, Controller) available during inspection.
  4. If unrepairable, the product is replaced with a new or equivalent item.

For Gulf Countries Customers:

  1. Contact customer support Through WhatsApp.
  2. Provide a video or photo showing the issue.
  3. If unresolved, shipping will be arranged.
  4. Inspection takes 1-5 working days.
  5. If needed, replacement is free of charge.

Refund Policy (GCC Countries)

  • Returns accepted within 3 days (product must be unopened).
  • Customer bears return shipping costs.
  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded as a voucher.
  • Refund processing time: 10-15 business days.

Cancellation & Non-Receipt Policy

  • Before shipping: Full refund.
  • After shipping: Shipping + return fees deducted, plus 50 riyals / 5 BD cancellation fee.
  • Non-received orders:
    • Paid orders: Shipping + return fees deducted.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Account is banned from future orders.

Refunds for Bahrain Store & Online Orders

  • Same-day returns: Cash refund (if paid in cash).
  • Credit card or Benefit payments: Refunded via store voucher.
  • Opened products: Not eligible for refund.
